How to Make and Complete a Sale

Steps to Making a Sale and Getting Paid for it:

  1. Complete the Sales Invoice in the CRM
  2. Print the Sales Invoice in the CRM and turn in
  3. Update the following in the CRM
    1. Verify EFIN, Phone, Email & Address
    2. Amount Paid
    3. Product
    4. Update Group
    5. Assign customer to yourself
    6. Make notes in the CRM
    7. Previous Software, Bank Products, & Conversion (if new customer)
    8. Set a Renewal Follow-up date for March 1st
  4. Make sure the payment went through

Steps to making out going sales calls from Demo Downloads:    

  1. Immediately call Demo Downloads
  2. After every attempted contact enter a follow-up date in the CRM
    • No Answer on 1st time call set follow-up for the next day
    • No Answer on 2nd time call set follow-up for opposite time of day (AM/PM)
    • If person says they have not looked at the software yet offer to walk them through the software or you set a time to a time to call them back within 48 hours
    • If a person says they are not interested set a follow-up for 2 weeks just to touch base
    • If some one is looking at the software you always follow-up within 48 hours until they purchase

Follow-Up calls:

  1. If you have setup a follow-up call after talking to a prospect, you will need to assign the lead in the CRM to yourself and make sure you call the prospect on the date and time you set.
  2. Make notes in the CRM something personal about the prospect so when you call them back you have something to start your conversation about beside going straight for the sale.

Keep in mind If these steps are not being followed then the person or persons not doing these steps will not be allowed to call Demo Download Leads.
